What is individual counseling?
It is a process between a counselor and an individual which
helps the individual to gain an understanding about oneself and one’s
behaviours and fosters the development of skills to be used in dealing with
difficulties associated with personal, academic and social life. The process
works on the basis of trust and principle of confidentiality.

to seek individual counseling help
In order to receive individual counseling you can reach us
in two ways:
1) You can directly come counselling room located inside the
Conference Hall every Mondays to Wednesdays between and fill in the self referral form. You
will be informed you about your appointment date and time.
2) You can seek through your class teacher or your peer
helper
